Honey Lime Catfish
Ingredients:
- Catfish
- Old bay
- Olive oil
- Lime
- Honey
- Parsley
Preheat oven 350. While heating oil in oven proof skillet, season fish with old bay then place in pan. Once sides are oblique add honey and the juice and zest of a lime to pan. Spoon mixture over fish until coated then place in preheated oven to finish. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Salad Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Vegetable seasoning blend
- Bell Peppers ( RED, ORANGE & YELLOW)
- Kale
- Pineapple Salsa
Preheat oven to 400. Cut top and bottom off peppers and slice down pepper to open flat. Clean out peppers, rub in olive oil and seasoning. Place in glass baking dish and roast in preheated oven until pliable. Mix kale with salsa, place on pepper then fold & eat like a wrap.
Hawaiian Ribeye

Bone in Ribeye
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees mix all ingredients together in a tight lid container or zip lock bag submerge steak let marinate 1 hour - overnight. when ready preheat oven to 350 let steak come to room temp sear steak in cast iron pan then finish in oven for 15 30 minutes depending on size
LOBSTER MAC & CHEESE
cream cheese
heavy cream
onion powder
garlic salt
extra sharp cheddar
mozzarella
smoked gouda
unsalted butter
elbow pasta
lobster knuckle & tail
parsley

preheat oven to 350, in a sauce pan add 1st 8 items Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until all cheese is melted.
Add cooked pasta & lobster knuckle meat then transfer to a a baking dish top with shredded cheese bake til shredded cheese has melted & brown. broiled lobster tails with garlic butter & herbs to top mac & cheese.
